DMCA Policy

AniVibe respects the rights of copyright holders and operates in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe there is a copyright infringement, please send a notice containing the information below.

Copyright Infringement Notice

To submit a copyright infringement notice, you must send an email containing the following information:

  • Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • URL of the allegedly infringing material on the site
  • Your contact information (address, phone, email)
  • A statement that the notification is made in good faith
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf

Process

When we receive a valid DMCA notice:

  1. We will evaluate the notice
  2. We will remove the allegedly infringing content
  3. We will notify the user who uploaded the content (if applicable)
  4. We may suspend the account in case of re-upload if necessary

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice. A counter-notice states that the copyright owner must file a lawsuit within 10 business days to obtain a court order.

AniVibe does not store any files on its servers. It only provides links to media content hosted on third-party services. Copyright infringement notices are evaluated to remove the relevant content link.
